1. Pricing and Payments
• All prices discussed are final. Bargaining, haggling, or negotiating prices is not permitted.
• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. This payment secures your slot and covers the cost of materials and labour.
• Payment methods will be communicated directly, and orders will not proceed until payment is confirmed.
*2. Ordering and Shipping of Base Shoes*
• ZebraCustoms does not order or provide the base shoes for customisation. It is the customer’s responsibility to either send their own shoes to the workshop or arrange for direct delivery of new shoes to the workshop.
• The customer must provide tracking details for any items shipped to the workshop.
• ZebraCustoms is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit to or from the workshop.
*3. Refunds and Cancellations*
• Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds are not accepted.
• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
• If there are issues with the final product due to craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for review. Any resolutions (if applicable) will be at the discretion of ZebraCustoms.
*4. Custom Artwork Durability*
• While every effort is made to ensure artwork durability, custom pieces are hand-painted and may wear down over time, especially with heavy or frequent use.
• Artwork may naturally fade, crack, or chip with excessive wear, exposure to the elements, or improper care.
• Custom shoes and apparel should be treated as wearable art and worn with care to preserve the design as long as possible.
*5. Order Process and Turnaround Times*
• Custom orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround times will be discussed during order confirmation, but they may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
• Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated separately and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
*6. Design and Intellectual Property*
• ZebraCustoms reserves the right to decline requests for designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate copyright laws.
• All custom designs created by ZebraCustoms may be shared on social media, the website, or other marketing platforms unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
• The customer agrees that any artwork created remains the intellectual property of ZebraCustoms, though the physical item belongs to the customer upon full payment.

*Tips for Product Care — ZebraCustoms*
*Shoes and Boots*
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Instead, use gentle cleaning solutions or facial wipes for spot cleaning.
• Keep shoes dry whenever possible. If shoes get wet, allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight to avoid damage to the artwork.
• Store shoes in a cool, dry place, ideally in dust bags or original boxes to prevent accidental scuffs or scratches.
• Consider using a protective spray (suitable for painted materials) to add a layer of protection against dirt and moisture.
*Jackets, Hoodies, and Apparel*
• For the best results, hand wash clothing items in cold water with mild detergent.
• If using a washing machine, choose a gentle cycle with cold water (below 30°C) and turn the garment inside out. Placing it in a laundry bag can also help protect the design.
• Avoid high-heat drying methods. Lay items flat to air dry, or use the lowest heat setting on a dryer.
• Never iron directly on painted areas. If needed, place a towel over the design and use low heat to avoid damaging the artwork.
*General Care Tips*
• Treat your custom pieces as wearable art — occasional wear helps preserve their longevity.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions, such as heavy rain, extreme heat, or snow, which can degrade both materials and artwork.
